Questions hosts ask

What photos do I need to send?

Up to 15 original, full-resolution photos that you took or have permission to use. Phone photos are fine. Please send the originals, not screenshots or images saved from your listing. If we need more upright shots, we'll ask rather than invent them.

Will my property still look like my property?

Yes. We correct light, colour, sharpness and straight lines only. We never add furniture or features, hide damage, change views or make rooms look larger, and you approve everything before final delivery.

How do revisions work?

You get two revision rounds. Send all your changes for a round in one list. New photos, a second video or other extra work is quoted separately.

How long does it take?

Your first draft arrives within 5 business days after we have everything we need: your listing link, original photos and property details.

What files will I receive?

Full-resolution JPEG photos with a recommended order, the showcase video as MP4 in vertical (9:16) and landscape (16:9), two short MP4 cutdowns and three captions in a text file.

Can the video go on my Airbnb listing?

The videos are made for social media and your own website. We don't promise any listing platform will accept them. Your enhanced photos are ready for your listing.

Will this get me more bookings?

We can't promise bookings, occupancy or income. The package helps you present your property clearly, professionally and consistently.
