Privacy

What this website collects, why, and who handles it. Last updated 27 October 2026.

Enquiry form

When you send an enquiry we receive your name, email, business name (optional), what you need, your timing, your message and the language you were using. The form is processed by Formspree, which delivers it to us by email. We use it only to reply to you and discuss your project.

Reviews

If you leave a review we store your name, rating, review, the date and the language you were using, in a database run by Upstash through our host, Vercel. Our team reads every review before deciding whether to publish it; published reviews show your name, rating, review and date. We do not store your IP address. To limit spam, we keep a one-way fingerprint of your connection that cannot be turned back into an address and expires within a day.

Chat assistant

Messages you type in the chat are sent to Google's Gemini to write the replies. We do not store chats on our servers; the conversation is kept only in your browser tab and disappears when you close it. Google may use chats on its free service to improve its products, so please don't share personal, password or payment details in the chat.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser, and actions such as pressing "Start a Project" or sending an enquiry. It uses cookies. We never send your name, email or messages to Google Analytics, and ad personalisation is turned off. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, analytics does not load. You can also use Google's opt-out add-on.

Settings saved in your browser

Your browser remembers your theme, language and whether you paused the hero animation, and, for the current visit only, your chat and whether you've seen the "Start project" pop-up. These stay on your device and are not sent to us.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Vercel, whose servers keep standard technical logs to deliver and protect the site.
